Ignite Squash Junior Program

This programme features best-in-class & high-spec coaching competencies for young elite squash athletes with lofty aspirations. This programme differentiates itself by its principled-commitment to individual discipline & dedication to the programme’s training regime, as evidenced and underscored by candidates having to subscribe to certain house rules.

Candidates invited to the programme are selected based on a number of different factors, not limited to dedication, technical ability, focus, etc, amongst others.

The programme will be run and overseen by Head Coach Timothy Arnold – former National Coach of Singapore, and conducted by High Performance Coach Elvinn Keo and Elite Coach Jaeden Joseph Lee.

Fees – 4 Monthly Fee (SGD)

HOUSE RULES

1. All students under the age of 19 must wear protecting eyewear during Ignite Squash activities. Ignite Squash reserves the right to ask any student not in compliance to leave the court.

2. All students must wear non-making shoes when on court. Ignite Squash reserves the right to ask any student not in compliance to leave the court.

3. Damage to any borrowed equipment will be charged as per the original price of the item

4. Ignite Squash reserves the right to take photos of its activities for purposes of promotional material on its company website or social media accounts. If there is objection to having Ignite Squash post such photos, please contact Head Coach, Timothy Arnold.

5. There will be no replacement classes. Subject to paragraph 6 below, a student that misses a class for any reason will not be able to substitute a missed class for another nor will the student be able to apply for a refund. This is a strict policy designed to emphasize commitment, discipline and dedication to the training regime of the programme.

6. A student may carry over a class or classes if:

(a) a medical certificate is produced and circulated to the programme coaches in a timely and appropriate manner;
(b) the student experiences a family emergency;
(c) the student experiences illness or injury, in which case a medical certificate must be produced in accordance with sub-paragraph
6(a) above; and
(d) the student is going on vacation and communicates the fact that he or she is going on vacation two weeks in advance of the class(es) intended to be carried over. Only programme coaches may determine if a class is successfully carried over. A lesson is deemed carried over by the student paying the next programme package at a price discounted by the price of the class(es) carried over. For e.g., with respect to the package for two sessions per week at SGD 1,600 conducted over four months, the discounted package price would be SGD 1,550 if a student successfully carried over one class, and SGD 1,500, if a student successfully carried over two classes, and so on and so forth.

7. Ignite Squash will not tolerate any form of disrespect or disparaging remark made toward fellow students or coaches on grounds of race, religion or sex, and after giving timely and sufficiently appropriate warnings, reserves the right to ask any person persisting in such behaviour to leave the programme.
